The people behind the mission

Meet the Team

Amplifi Foundation is led by a family and board who bring decades of business, education, and humanitarian experience to one shared goal: lifting families, one life at a time.

Braiden Shaw
Founder

Braiden Shaw

Braiden Shaw is an investor, operator, and founder of Amplifi, an operating and investment platform focused on private markets and long-term wealth building.

Braiden earned his degree in Finance from Brigham Young University. After entering the mortgage industry in 2020, he scaled quickly during the pandemic housing boom and began reallocating capital into private investments across venture capital, private equity, and real estate.

Today, he operates a portfolio of 27 companies and has invested in more than 170 private market opportunities. His ecosystem spans financial education, venture capital, software, consulting, and real estate, with a focus on building cash-flowing and equity-driven assets.

A significant part of that ecosystem is his investor syndicate, the Growth Circle, a private investor community built around education, access, and participation in private market opportunities. Over the past 12 months, the Growth Circle has raised more than $200 million in capital across venture, private equity, real estate, and tax-advantaged investments.

He is known for documenting the transition from income to ownership and for teaching people to think beyond earning toward building assets, structure, and long-term control.

He built the Amplifi Family Foundation to focus and give to causes that resonate with his wife, Morgan, and himself. Initially launching it as a family charity, it is now expanding into Growth Circle, giving them a chance to do good with their money. Braiden often says “Money Magnifies”. He wants to magnify the good in the world and partner with those that want to do the same.

Morgan Shaw
Co-Founder

Morgan Shaw

Morgan Shaw is a partner in the Amplifi family office and co-founder of the Amplifi Family Foundation, where she works alongside her husband, Braiden.

Morgan earned her degree in Physical Sciences from Brigham Young University and began her career teaching junior high and high school science. After the birth of their first child, she stepped away from the classroom to focus on raising their growing family while continuing to play an active role in the family office and its charitable efforts. Her time as a teacher, combined with her family's personal journey through IVF and surrogacy, have given Morgan a deep appreciation for both the opportunities that education can create and the many different paths families may take. Those experiences have helped shape the Amplifi Family Foundation.

Together, Morgan and Braiden hope to use the Foundation to support causes that are personally meaningful while creating opportunities for others to join them in giving. As the Foundation grows, Morgan hopes to preserve the personal nature of the foundation while expanding its reach and impact.
